Ele divulga informa\u00e7\u00f5es considerando os 10 principais grupos de ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es (CBO).<\/p>\n<p>Conforme exigido pela Lei n\u00ba 14.611\/23, pelo Decreto n\u00ba 11.795\/23 e pela Portaria do MTE n\u00ba 3.714\/23, reproduzimos esse documento sem que tenhamos tido a possibilidade de contesta\u00e7\u00e3o ou contradit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-listchain=\"__List_Chain_36\">\n<li>O m\u00e9todo utilizado pelo MTE para consolidar os dados, que se baseia nos 10 grandes grupos da CBO, abrangendo mais de 2600 ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes, distorce a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de igualdade salarial. Isso acontece porque a m\u00e9dia salarial \u00e9 calculada considerando os grandes grupos, sem levar em conta as particularidades de cada fun\u00e7\u00e3o ou cargo, onde as remunera\u00e7\u00f5es podem variar.\n<div>\n<p>O levantamento feito pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego n\u00e3o leva em conta disposi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais e espec\u00edficas de acordos coletivos, legisla\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas ou o disposto no art. 461 da CLT.
